Ann Keevans is a Senior HR Professional with over 22 years of experience at strategic and leadership level in Human Resources within US multinationals across various industries.
Ann started her career with Organon (a start-up pharmaceutical company in Dublin) and gained experience of working within a unionised environment with Square D Company where she spent 5 years as HR Generalist. Her HR Management career began with Hewlett Packard Manufacturing in Leixlip – another start-up operation which had expanded to 1800 employees by the time she left in 2002. From there she moved to a Director role with a start-up technology company in the West of Ireland – Attachmate (formerly NetIQ). Her role with NetIQ included supporting the VP of Sales and having HR responsibility for the EMEA region. After this successful start-up Ann joined Boston Scientific, a large medical device manufacturing of c. 3000 employees with a world class product research and development facility, where she had responsibility for site learning and development, talent acquisition, HR Business Partners and the entire HR Team at various intervals during her time there.
Ann is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). She has a postgraduate Diploma in Strategic HR and an MSc in HR, Strategy and Leadership from Sheffield Hallam University. Ann is also licenced to administer psychometric assessments and profiles including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, 16PF profiling, Emotional Intelligence Profiling, DiSC Team Profiling and Belbin Team Profiling. Ann is also accredited to facilitate the Franklin Covey’s “Signature 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” and has recently completed a Diploma in Personal, Business and Executive Coaching recognised by the Association of Coaching.
In 2013, Ann established Silverleaf HR Solutions with the primary aim of working with companies who require a high standard of HR solutions in order to drive and deliver their performance results.
